The assessment is a series of 80 questions, which probe all of the vital corporate activities which must be done well for a member-based organization to perform at the highest level. We look at everything from human resources practices, to strategic planning, governance, cost containment and revenue management. From your answers Zzeem compiles a qualitative and quantitative assessment of your organization. This custom report adds up to a detailed, objective analysis of your organization’s strengths and weaknesses and provides a road map for your organization to follow as it moves to becoming a high performance entity.

Once the assessment is complete, you can use this information on your own or Zzeem can work with you to develop a comprehensive Transformation Plan that identifies specific actions you and your team can take to build a truly high performing organization.
